1. Exchange and Return Period

Customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

The product must be in brand-new, unused condition.
2. General Conditions
The following must be provided:

Original packaging in good and complete condition

All accessories and items included with the product
3. Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Accepted
Exchange or return is not possible in the following cases:

If the product has been installed or operated

In case of damage resulting from misuse

Products purchased specifically based on a special request (Custom Order)
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
In the event that you receive:

A defective product, or
-
A product different from what was ordered,
it will be replaced immediately with no additional fees, and Power Control Store will bear all shipping costs.
5. Return Process

The product will be inspected by a specialized team upon receipt.

The product value will be refunded using the same payment method, within 5–10 business days.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from the company or if a defective product is received.
